Where you build matters as much as what you build.
- Site Prep: Clearing trees, leveling slopes, or removing rock can add thousands.
- Access: Can concrete trucks get there? If not, you pay for pumps.
Complexity & Finishes
Simple shapes are cheaper.
- Corners: Every corner adds labor and material waste. A square house is the cheapest to build.
- Finishes: Marble floors cost 10x more than vinyl. This is the biggest variable.
